I can't purchase points due to network security settings how do I fix that? Your phone is either rooted or you have a necessary program for Google Play turned off. Another viable explanation is developer settings being turned on, or you're using a VPN to connect from somewhere that is not properly supported. I have the same problem on my phone. So far, I've found no solution. We're just stuck unable to buy points for the time being.
